HEALTHIMATION | Chief Creative Officer

Co-founded and built a digital healthcare company valued at $60M. Developed all creative and directed a small team of remote artists to produce all visuals for our content delivery platform. Created customer engagement through entertaining visuals and computer gaming behavioral hooks. Responsible for R&D efforts into AR/VR, cloud based real-time animation streaming, and game engine technology.

THUNKHUB | Director of Art and Graphics Technology

Responsible for graphics technology, art vision, and general corporate strategy. Developed concept and production art for multiple products and clients. Created Unity based simulations and gamified applications for mobile and desktop products. Led graphics R&D for future product development.

THE BIG MACHINE STUDIOS | Owner / Creative Director

Founder and studio head for a high end visual effects facility creating CGI for film, broadcast, and other media. Built a solid company reputation in an area not known for vfx while forging lucrative relationships with clients including Hasbro, Discovery Channel, Sun Microsystems, Neo-Pangea, and numerous others. Directed and mentored an internal team of artists while also managing external contractors.

TURBINE / WARNER BROTHERS GAMES | Creative Studio Art Director

Directed and managed the 3D and Concept Art teams (30 direct reports) for all four game development franchises at Turbine. Revised dev pipelines to improve quality and reduce production time 30%. Assisted and guided the product Art Directors for each game franchise. Assembled and directed the studio’s first in-house cinematics team, saving the company many tens of thousands of dollars.


Directed and managed the visual development for three of the company's game studios. Built two of the studios from the ground up and art directed as many as 4 titles simultaneously. Assisted in the development of the product strategy for the entire company, while devising strategies to successfully monetize a large network of free to play games. Developed and released the company's first shipping title "Stargate Resistance".
