Crisis Advocacy & Resource Education (CARE) provides education on the resources available to assist a family in becoming self-sufficient. Budget preparation, referrals, and crisis management are key components of this program. Financial assistance is also given with the procurement of prescriptions, transportation, clothing, and other miscellaneous needs to help overcome the family’s crisis at hand.
83% of participants maintained their overall health needs by accessing necessary medical, prescription and dental care through this program.
